Is naruto a jounin in the last. Literally meaning high ninja is the third ninja rank. Chunin can become a jounin by completing the jounin campaign at the level of 40. He is a jonin in the last.

This is my first post here and i was re watching the last two naruto movies and realized that even though it was not confirmed or even true but most of the konoha 11 should be in jonin rank simply based on their representation in the movie.
